When will NS Analytics launch?

How does the beta program work?
Waitlist members will receive invitations to join our beta program before the public launch. Beta users will get early access to all features, direct support from our team, and the opportunity to shape the product with their feedback.
Will beta users get any special benefits?
Yes! Beta users will receive priority support, exclusive launch discounts, and grandfathered pricing for the first year. Your feedback will directly influence our product development.
Will I be able to change plans after launch?
Yes, you'll be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is the Android app really free?
Yes! Network Survey Android is completely free to use forever. There are no ads, no subscription fees, and no hidden costs. The app works standalone without requiring NS Analytics.
Do I need NS Analytics to use the Android app?
No, Network Survey Android and NS Analytics work independently. The Android app can save data locally and export to CSV or GeoPackage. NS Analytics will add cloud storage, visualization, and collaboration features when it launches.
How will device registration work?
Each workspace will have a device limit based on your plan. You'll be able to register devices using QR codes from the NS Analytics dashboard. Once registered, devices will automatically sync data to your workspace.
What payment methods will you accept?
We'll accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers will be able to pay via invoice.
Will there be a free trial?
The Starter plan will be free forever and includes 50,000 records. This will allow you to fully test the platform before upgrading to a paid plan. Beta users may receive additional trial benefits.
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
You'll be able to cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period, after which your account will revert to the free Starter plan.
